As a condition to using any of Oasis Wet Cleaning’s (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) services, and for the mutual benefit of both Oasis Wet Cleaning and the Customer (referred to as “you” or “your”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions set forth below.
By using our service, you or your representative depositing articles with us for cleaning will be deemed to have full knowledge and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Wet Cleaning / Dry Cleaning
- You must indicate the number of articles while depositing with us, otherwise our count will be deemed to be correct and final.
- You must inspect all articles and any dissatisfaction if any, must be made known at the point of collection, otherwise we reserve the right not to entertain any subsequent complaints made thereafter.
- We shall not be liable for any defect, damage, shrinkage, discolouration, or colour loss due to the inherent weakness in material, deterioration by wear, poor quality, workmanship or methods of manufacture that are not visibly apparent prior to cleaning.
- We shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to ornaments, special buttons, trimmings, sequins, buckles, beads, belts, shoulder pads or elastic bands that are non-detachable from the article.
- It is your responsibility to check and remove any content in your pockets. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of item including valuables or damage to your article by items left in the deposited article.
- We do not guarantee removal of all stains and any request to remove stains will be done at your sole risk.
- We reserve the right to decline cleaning any garment.
- All articles must be collected within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt. If your items are not collected after thirty (30) days from our first call, we reserve the right to dispose your unclaimed items.
- In the event of fire, loss or damage to the deposited articles for which we may accept liability without prejudice, such liability shall not exceed ten (10) times the rate charged for cleaning the article (regardless of brand and condition) or a maximum of S$150.00, whichever is lower. All claims must be made within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the article accompanied by original receipt.
- The article, whether partially or completely damaged, must be retained by us upon full settlement of claim unless otherwise agreed by us.
Drop-off Service
- You agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumbler dryer.
- We shall not be responsible for any defect, damage, shrinkage or discolouration to clothing (including ornaments) that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.
- Your wash will be processed in a single load and it is your responsibility not to mix clothing that will transfer colour.
- We do not accept any liability for special care or delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.
- It is your responsibility to check and remove any content in your pockets. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of item or damage to your article by items left in your load.
- We do not count or inspect your articles and shall not be liable for any loss or missing articles, including valuables in the articles.
- All articles must be collected within one (1) week from the date of receipt. If your items are not collected after thirty (30) days from our first call, we reserve the right to dispose your unclaimed load.
Self-Service Coin Laundry
- You agree that your clothes are suitable to be processed in our machines and we shall not be liable for any defect, damage, shrinkage or discolouration to clothing (including ornaments) processed in our machines.
- You are advised not to overload the washer and ensure that your load falls below the indicator line in order to achieve optimum cleaning results.
- You are advised to sort and separate whites and colours in different wash loads to prevent colour bleeding in fabrics.
- It is your responsibility to check and remove any content in your pockets. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of item including valuables or damage to your article by items left in the deposited article.
- You must remove your load promptly after washing or drying to avoid any loss of item or transfer of your load by another user. We shall not be liable for any claim for loss of items.
- We do not allow processing of rugs/carpets, pillows, shoes, bags, soft toys/plush toys, mop heads and pet-related items in our machines.
- Our coin changing machine is provided to our customers for coin laundry use only.
- You will be liable for the cost of repair for any damage to our machine caused by your mischief, misuse or mishandling.
Coin Laundry - Safety Guidelines

Do not dry any rubber, foam, plastic or glass fiber material in the dryer. This includes bathroom rugs lined with such backing.

Do not dry item containing wax or combustible chemicals.

Do not dry any article with explicit care instructions that state “Dry away from heat”.

Do not dry items that have come into contact with flammable items such as: alcohol, cooking oil, gasoline, etc.

Do not open the dryer door when the drum is turning.
